We're planning on making the move as painless as possible, so you shouldn't need to do much although you will need to be aware of a few subtle changes that may affect the way you do things (depending on how you are accessing your account currently).

All new hosting packages will include AWStats for improved online performance tracking, as well as SpamAssassin based Spam filters and Plesk Anti-Virus provided by Dr.Web - Feb 2005 winner of the prestigious VB100% mark from "Virus Bulletin" magazine.

Your domains and email addresses will all stay the same and we will move your web sites for you. The control panel is changing for the better, and you will shortly be able to login using your email addresses rather than a confusing bunch of numbers as has been the old way of doing things. From within the control panel you will be able to view your subscriptions, upgrade and downgrade your account, add/remove email addresses and much much more!

All accounts on the new system will now benefit from Anti-Virus and SpamAssassin included in their plans as standard, as well as improved web stats using AWStats) We will be contacting you over the next few weeks with any updated login details and instructions on how to use the new service. Your ftp details may well change, and you will receive notification of these as / when they are allocated. I ask you to bear with us during this transition, but should you have any questions please contact our support team by email to support@fido.net. As you can imagine, with the work ahead of us over the next 6-8 weeks we are going to be extremely busy focussing on making sure the moves go as smoothly as possible. It is with this end in mind that I would ask if you could refrain from calling the support lines if there are issues unless they are of an "emergency" nature as it is these very same people who will be working on migrating sites and fixing problems.

	Once the new control panels are in place you will be able to raise and follow support requests through your control panel, which we think will be an added bonus for all! Finally, during this transition the old "familiar" my.fido.net is changing. If you are a customer with an account in Hostflow v2 (your account number/login ID should start 12xxx) then you may find you need to follow some additional links before you can access your Hostflow account during this transition
	Accounts now benefit from AWStats online traffic and performance statistics, Plesk control panel, Anti-Virus, SpamAssassin and much more. Run your own Unreal Tournament Server or Counter Strike server. Resellers have your own Control Panel which is completely branded with your domain and logos. Your own online store and domain registrations, service provisioning, and much much more!
